NORTH HOLLYWOOD — Motorists on the 170 Freeway Friday afternoon couldn’t help but notice the pickup truck fully involved in fire on the southbound side of the freeway at Burbank Boulevard in North Hollywood.
Traffic was stopped back to Victory Boulevard, according to reports.
The driver was able to pull the truck over to the side of the freeway near the Burbank Boulevard offramp before jumping out without injury, said a photographer at the scene.
Los Angeles firefighters responded to extinguish the fire.
