Santana Row gains new restaurants and stores at San Jose mall
SAN JOSE — Santana Row has landed an array of new retailers and has launched the renovation of an existing restaurant, part of a wide-ranging addition of merchants ahead of tech company expansions, executives with the iconic mixed-use in San Jose said Tuesday.
Brandy-Melville, Vince, TravisMathew, and Sauced BBQ & Spirits are the brand-new merchants that have leased spaces in Santana Row. Plus, a renovation and expansion of Cosecha, a Mexican restaurant that was formerly Consuelo’s, is being undertaken in the complex.
“Being on the cutting edge of mixed-use trends is in our DNA at Santana Row,” said Jeff Kreshek, senior vice president West Coast leasing with Federal Realty Investment Trust, the developer and principal owner of Santana Row.
Just prior to these newest leasing deals, Barry’s Bootcamp, Meso Modern Mediterranean, and Blue Bottle Coffee had reached rental agreements with Santana Row.
“We are ever-evolving and looking for ways to make room for the best-in-class brands that our customers are talking about, purchasing from, and following,” Kreshek said.
