San Jose Jazz: New food stands at this weekend’s festival

What’s San Jose Jazz’s annual Summer Fest without a little added spice?

Joining the event this year will be four new vendors. All can be found at the Main Stage:

— Roux (aka California Soul), from Oakland’s Lydia Walker;

— Ms. Joy African and Caribbean Foods, from Fairfield’s Doris Wurah;

— Yamachan Ramen, from San Jose’s Hideyuki Yamashita;

— Lord of the Ribs BBQ, from award-winning San Jose pitmaster Ralph Reyes.

More than 20 other vendors are returning.

At the Salsa Stage, music lovers will find BNB Wings N Things, Sherry’s Kids Enterprise, Stick-N-Grill, the Juicery, the Lemonade Bar and Twisted K’s.

Selling food and beverages at the Main Stage will be Nita Bee’s, Stick-N-Grill, Carmen’s Taqueria, Charlie Frank’s Pies, Cal Coast Kettle Corn, Country Lemonade, Derf’s Hot Dogs and More, Gaspachos, Hot and Sizzling Grill, Xavier’s Place (from Leola’s House), Me So Korny, Olde Tyme Kettle Korn, Pearson Catering, Sandee’s Fresh Coffee, Sandi’s Cobbler Cups and Seymart.
